Boxing keeps you fit, trains your muscles and stamina. When training on the punching bag or with a sparring partner, you can really let off steam. To avoid injuries, the right protective equipment is important. Whether it's boxing bandages, punch pads, mouth guards or pads, you'll find the right boxing accessories in our boxing shop.
What are boxing bandages?
Boxing bandages cushion and stabilise wrists and fingers. They protect you from sprains, bruises and strains from hard punches.
Do I need a head protector for boxing?
Head protection prevents injuries and is therefore important. Our models are made of impact-absorbing foam padding with high strength and impact resistance. They are individually adjustable via a Velcro fastener at the back of the head and can be opened and closed even with gloves on.
Why do I need shinguards?
Shin guards provide an optimal support effect. The integrated foam padding protects against bruises and injuries even during hard kicks. The velcro strap allows the shin guard to be firmly closed and adjusted. The inner material is sweat-absorbent and guarantees optimal wearing comfort.
Is a boxing groin protector useful?
The groin protector with pantal cup protects what should definitely be protected! The pantal cup can be easily removed from the groin protector. The groin protector is made of elastic cotton and can be washed in the washing machine.
How do I protect my teeth when boxing?
Protection for teeth and jaws should not be missing when boxing. The castable tooth protector adapts perfectly to the position of your teeth and is therefore suitable for all age groups. Once the mouthguard has been cast, it can of course be used again.
How do I attach a punching bag to the ceiling?
With our ceiling hooks you can hang up any punching bag safely. The ceiling hook is made of solid steel and has a special suspension eye. This prevents the punching bag from slipping out of the guide.
How do I attach a punching bag to the wall?
If you don't have the option of hanging your punching bag on the ceiling at home, you don't have to give up boxing. Our wall mount offers the perfect alternative. It is made of sturdy square steel tubing and the extra-long extension arm allows plenty of swing space.
What are double-hand claws?
Double-hand claws or boxing claws are punching pads that support you in your training. They are not only used in boxing, but also in many other martial arts such as kickboxing and Muay Thai. Because these martial arts are not only about punches, but also about using the legs and feet, the punch pads differ in their design. Therefore, you will find double pads and Thai pads in different shapes and sizes.
Why do boxers train with a jump rope?
Not only fast fists, but also fast feet are important in boxing. Jumping rope is the classic warm-up training of every boxer. With a skipping rope you can improve your speed and jumping power.
