You are training with a device that has been designed according to the latest safety standards. Possible sources of danger that could cause injury have been eliminated as far as possible.
To avoid injuries and/or accidents, please read and follow these simple rules:

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out without the supervision of children.

Regularly check that all screws, nuts and handles are tight and that there is no visible damage.

Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the appliance until they have been repaired. Such a replacement must not be carried out without consulting the service department or only by a specialist.

Avoid high temperatures, moisture and splashes of water.

Read the operating instructions carefully before using the appliance.

The appliance requires sufficient clearance in every direction, at least 1 metre to the rear and to each side.

Place the device on a firm and level surface.

Do not exercise immediately before or after meals.

Always have yourself examined by a doctor before starting fitness training.

The safety level of the device can only be guaranteed if you check the wearing parts at regular intervals. These are marked with * in the parts list.

Under no circumstances should training equipment be used as play equipment.

The emergency stop key must be removed each time training is interrupted so that the treadmill cannot be started up unintentionally.

Do not wear loose clothing, but suitable training clothing such as a tracksuit.

Wear suitable sports shoes and never train barefoot.

Ensure that there are no third parties in the vicinity of the device, as other people could be injured by the moving parts.

The training device must not be set up in damp rooms (bathrooms) or on balconies.

Ensure that the device is earthed during training. Unsuitable earthing can cause an electric shock in the event of a malfunction.

Repairs in the motor area may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Ensure that the mains cable and the training device are at a sufficient distance from hot sources.

Position the training device so that you can see third parties approaching.

Do not allow children to play with the packaging film. They can get caught in it and suffocate while playing.

Risk of electric shock! Incorrect electrical installation or excessive mains voltage can lead to electric shock. Only connect the appliance if the mains voltage of the socket matches the specification on the rating plate. The appliance may only be used with the power adapter supplied. If the mains cable of the adapter is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger. If the mains cable is firmly connected to the adapter, it must be replaced completely. Do not touch the mains plug with wet hands. Do not pull the mains plug out of the socket by the mains cable, but always hold the mains plug.
The appliance complies with the requirements of EN ISO 20957-1/5 Class SA. The CE marking refers to EC Directive 2014/30/EU and 2014/35/EU. Improper use of this device (e.g. excessive training, incorrect settings, etc.) may result in damage to health.
Before starting training, a general examination should be carried out by your doctor to rule out any existing health risks.
