- This strength training machine is a Class HC training machine in accordance with DIN EN 957-1/2.
- Max. load capacity 120 kg.
- The strength training machine must only be used for its intended purpose!
- Any other use is prohibited and may be dangerous. The importer cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use.
- You are training on a machine that has been designed in accordance with the latest safety standards. Potential hazards that could cause injury have been eliminated as far as possible.
To avoid injuries and/or accidents, please read and follow these simple rules:
- Do not allow children to play with the equipment or near it.
- Check regularly that all screws and nuts are tight.
- Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the equipment until it has been repaired. Also check for any signs of material fatigue.
- Read the operating instructions carefully before using the device.
- The machine requires sufficient clearance in all directions (at least 1.5 m).
- Place the equipment on a firm and level surface.
- Do not exercise immediately before or after meals.
- Always have a doctor examine you before starting a fitness training programme.
- The safety of the equipment can only be guaranteed if you check the wear parts at regular intervals. These are marked with * in the parts list.
- Fitness equipment must under no circumstances be used as play equipment.
- Wear shoes and never train barefoot.
- Ensure that no third parties are in the vicinity of the equipment, as other people could be injured by the moving parts.
- The exercise machine must not be set up in damp rooms (bathrooms) or on the balcony.
This exercise machine is intended for home use. The machine complies with the requirements of DIN EN 957-1/2 Class H. If this machine is used improperly (e.g. excessive training, incorrect settings, etc.), health risks cannot be ruled out.
Before starting your training, you should undergo a general medical examination by your doctor to rule out any potential health risks.
