Amp up your workout with more diversity! The device comes with a total of 22 workout programs, including cardio fitness, improved stamina, fat burning and a whole host of interesting uphill and downhill programs. Select a program and off you go. Comfort Motion BT will do the rest automatically.

Measure your heart rate after a successful training session and reward yourself with a grade, which the on-board computer of your Comfort Motion BT will calculate for you. The faster your heart rate drops after your workout session, the fitter you are. You can always keep an eye on your fitness levels and work on improving your overall grade.

The multimedia console allows you to choose: have your workout data displayed via the integrated LCD screen (display of: uphill/downhill profiles, speed, time, distance travelled, calories burned, heart rate, body fat, BMI and fitness test) – or via your smartphone or tablet. Whatever you choose – you can control your workout conveniently via one of the fitness apps.

5. Workout fun with Bluetooth technology

The multimedia console with Bluetooth technology allows the use of fitness apps like Kinomap, iConsole+ or BitGym. Make your workout session something to look forward to by riding along breathtaking "live routes" around the world, while keeping an eye on your workout successes and comparing workout results. Training in a whole new dimension: The route you choose is delivered via video to your smartphone or tablet. The harder you pedal, the faster you cycle through the forest or along the seafront. Comfort Motion BT will automatically adjust the resistance to the route profile. Simply ingenious!

Your Comfort Motion BT offers a sensationally comfortable and relaxing seating position. The secret ingredient: extra strong and super elastic premium foam material, which is also used in car seats. This lets you enjoy a uniquely comfortable seat experience, which allows for significantly longer and more intense workout sessions. The breathable backrest with mesh design adapts to the shape of your spine and allows the air to circulate along your back while you train.

7. Heart rate control – healthy workouts for your heart

The right pulse rate allows you to control a healthy cardiovascular training or effective and intense fat burning. Your heart rate can be measured either via the two hand grips or an optional chest strap, making sure that your heart range stays within the desired range and you achieve your personal fitness goals faster. Comfort Motion BT will dial down the resistance automatically once you surpass the max. heart rate you have entered at the start.

The ergonomic comfort saddle is easily adjustable to the perfect seat position via a quick adjustment lever, allowing for body heights between 1.55 m and 2.00 m. The saddle rail, made of chromed quality steel, guarantees superior stability for heavy users up to 130 kg.
