In case of a return, please contact us by e-mail or phone and state your customer number, order number or your name. The return is free of charge for you! As the manufacturer, we will pay the shipping costs for you. However, we would like to ask you not to return your goods to us without prior agreement. We can plan a collection from you at a lower cost and you can wait comfortably at home for the collection.
