What makes the AUTARK Series special?

Professional-grade steel frames: The AUTARK Series uses steel sections with a wall thickness standard that meets professional gym requirements. All welded joints are TÜV-certified, and all connecting elements are made of stainless steel – no rust, no wear and tear, no material failure, even after years of intensive training.

High weight stacks: AUTARK models are equipped with weight stacks of up to 2 × 100 kg – sufficient for advanced strength athletes and professional gym use. Additional weights are available for all models.

What to look out for when buying an AUTARK multi-gym?

Choosing a model based on your training goals: Individual users in a home gym are best served by the AUTARK single or dual station. For two users training simultaneously or for maximum exercise variety, HAMMER recommends the AUTARK multi-station.

Space requirements: Depending on the model, AUTARK multi-gyms require between 180 × 120 cm (single station) and 300 × 200 cm (multi-station). Ceiling height: at least 230 cm for lat pulldown exercises. HAMMER recommends a buffer zone of 1 m around the machine to allow for free movement.

Weight stack capacity: Beginners and intermediate users are well served by a 70–80 kg weight stack. Competitive athletes and gyms should opt for 100 kg plus an expansion option.
