• This strength device is a training device in accordance with DIN EN 957-1/2.

• Max. Max. load capacity 120 kg.

• The weight machine may only be used for its intended purpose!

• Any other use is unauthorised and potentially dangerous. The importer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use.

• You are training with a device that has been designed according to the latest safety standards. Possible sources of danger that could cause injury have been eliminated as far as possible.

To avoid injuries and/or accidents, please read and follow these simple rules:

1. Do not allow children to play with or near the appliance.
2. Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tight.
3. Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the appliance until they have been repaired. Also pay attention to any material fatigue.
4. Read the operating instructions carefully before using the appliance.
5. The appliance requires sufficient clearance in every direction (at least 1.5 metres).
6. Place the device on a firm and level surface.
7. Do not exercise immediately before or after meals.
8. Always have yourself examined by a doctor before starting fitness training.
9. The safety level of the device can only be guaranteed if you check the wearing parts at regular intervals. These are marked with * in the parts list.
10. Under no circumstances should exercise equipment be used as play equipment.
11. Wear shoes and never train barefoot.
12. Ensure that there are no third parties in the vicinity of the device, as other people could be injured by the moving parts.
13. The training device must not be used in damp rooms (bathrooms) or on balconies.

The area of application for this training device is the home. The device complies with the requirements of DIN EN 957-1/2. Improper use of this device (e.g. excessive training, incorrect settings, etc.) may result in damage to health.

Before starting training, a general examination should be carried out by your doctor to rule out any existing health risks.
