Foldable and space-saving

No matter how small your apartment – your new treadmill still leaves you plenty of room without feeling cramped. The easy-to-use and innovative folding function of the Q. VADIS 7.0 lets you fold and store the treadmill in no time at all when you are done training. The tread area is shifted into a completely vertical position, making it a lot less bulky than many other models. Q. VADIS 7.0 also comes with integrated transport rollers that make it very easy to move the treadmill around the room.

Treadmill Controls

The state-of-the-art console is home to the on-board training computer and the easy to read LCD display. You are fully in control of your running training at all times. A tablet holder for your mobile device is also provided. The computer buttons are designed in such a way that they give you easy and immediate access to all your key training settings. The buttons control training start/stop, incline, program selection and speed. You can connect your mobile device and listen to your favourite music via the integrated speakers. Simply connect your tablet PC or smartphone to the Q. VADIS 7.0 on-board computer via Bluetooth and off you go!

Displays your performance!

The important parameters of your training data keep you informed while you do your running training. The modern computer displays the following values in a clearly visible size: Distance, heart rate, speed, program, time, calories and incline.

Virtual running meet: Compatible with Kinomap and ZWIFT

Use the fitness apps to get started with your virtual "live experience" that keeps you motivated for longer. Install the Kinomap and ZWIFT apps on your tablet PC. All that's left to do then is to connect the device with your Q. VADIS 7.0 via Bluetooth. You will experience a unique atmosphere and a very special kind of live route: ZWIFT lets you run across fascinating virtual worlds while competing against a worldwide running community. Run and train alongside other athletes from around the globe! Your virtual avatar will really get a workout while you discover the breath-taking world of ZWIFT.

The integrated USB connection charges your smartphone or tablet PC automatically while you train. The built-in speakers assist with acoustic motivation while you work out.

Plenty of space for running

The tread area of 152 x 51 cm offers plenty of space and freedom of movement while you chip away at your training kilometres. The robust structure of the tread gives runners with a body weight up to 150 kg an authentic running experience. The optimal width of 51 cm means perfect conditions for safe training. The surface of the tread area comes with an anti-skid grip for your sprints.

Joint-friendly training

The vibration-dampened, super soft tread area in conjunction with the 6-point dampening system ensures a realistic running experience. The joint-friendly motion sequence on the treadmill feels as if you were running on a forest floor. The innovative treadmill technology is all about making endurance running more comfortable and easier to get through.

Climbing feature

The treadmill motor of the Q.VADIS 7.0 has a powerful 3 hp output and a speed range of 0.3 to 22 km/h. You can increase the incline from all the way up to 12% while you run, using the +/- buttons on the console. This feature lets you include inclines in your training and make your workout as hard as you want it to be.

Raise your heart rate

Keep an eye on your heart rate while you train. Q.VADIS 7.0 comes with integrated hand pulse sensors for a quick check of your heart rate. All you have to do is grip the hand pulse sensors to get a current reading. An optional chest belt for heart rate readings will display the result on screen in realtime. The chest belt comes with an integrated heart rate receiver.

Never run out of challenges

There are 30 pre-configured training programs to choose from for your running sessions. Each program is divided up into 10 legs of 200 m each. The program is on a loop and will start again at the top once you have successfully completed all 10 legs. Q. VADIS 7.0 makes sure that you run safely within the heart rate you have set as your limit. That is why there are hand grips with heart rate sensors on the treadmill console: they let you measure your heart rate quickly and conveniently while you train.
