Multi-gym SF3
INSPIRE by HAMMER SF3 Functional Trainer
Training without weight plates: With the SF3 strength station you can do barbell training with weight blocks.
With combined strength
The SF3 strength station is an innovative multigym that combines free functional training on the cable pulley with guided training on the multi-press and bodyweight training. The included incline bench and various accessories allow you to train as if you were in a gym and to design your workout according to your individual goals.
Easy handling, numerous exercise options and settings make the power station your training device for the whole body.
Guided and free training
With the SF3 you train with the barbell multi-press, with 2 cable pulleys and with free exercises with only one machine! This way you combine the most effective barbell exercises with functional training for your perfect workout.
Muscle building without heavy weight plates
Intensive training also works without weight plates. The power station uses 2 weight blocks that can be moved over the barbell bar of the multi-press. This allows you to quickly select your training weight and complete even intensive drop sets without any problems.
Doubling mechanism
The total resistance of the multi-press can be doubled with just one movement. This means that even advanced users can still perform intensive training stimuli and fall back on heavy basic exercises.
Go high
Perform effective pull-ups, chin-ups or even calisthenics exercises such as frontlever, backlever or muscle-ups with the integrated pull-up module. Furthermore, the ergonomic bar enables intensive abdominal training with hanging leg raises or toes-to-bars.
Height-adjustable cable pulls
The power station has 2 professional cable pulls that you can adjust in 39 steps. They are freely movable and can be combined with various accessories. This allows you to train with an extremely wide range of exercises and always ergonomically and safely.
Multimedia training
With the integrated tablet holder, you can enjoy multimedia content during your workout and complete entertaining workouts every time. The INSPIRE app provides you with professional training videos and is free for the first 12 months.
Seven-piece accessory set
In addition to the multifunctional incline bench and the barbell of the multi-press, you can design your workout with the curl bar, the tricep rope, the foot cuff, 2 handles and 2 additional weights of 2.5 kg each. This allows you to perform several effective exercises and variations for each muscle group.
Inclined bench included
Use the inclinable incline bench for different variations of bench presses, rowing exercises or biceps curls. The precise angle adjustment allows you to target and improve individual muscle fibres.
Tidy Home Gym
After your workout, you can simply store the used accessories on the frame of the power station and your equipment always stays tidy.
You can find out how to do the exercises correctly and exactly which muscle groups are trained by clicking on the respective exercise.
